How do I change my email preferences?

You can manage Streamer email preferences for each Adult profile. Follow these steps to update communication settings:

1. From a web browser, enter the profile you want to update communication settings for.

2. Go to the Account page.

3. Select a profile from the Profile & Parental Controls menu.

4. Open Communication settings.

5. You can opt in to or out of the following categories for each profile with an email address:

   • Streamer Updates: New and enhanced Streamer features and tips for getting the most out of your account.

   • Now on Streamer: Newly added movies, TV shows, and seasons, plus personalised suggestions and alerts.

   • Streamer Offers: Special offers and promotions from Streamer.

   • Streamer Surveys: Surveys on how to make Streamer better.

6. Select Update.

You can also opt out by following the instructions in a message.

NOTE:

 

You can't unsubscribe from messages related to your account transactions (for example, a notification that your account has been canceled).
